Our directories show organizations, not individual people. The organization's information is completed by the first person who enrolls and pays, known as the "bundle coordinator." Only the bundle coordinator can add 9 other members from his or her organization to their bundle, making 10 total (20 total if a double-bundle membership was purchased). Please refrain from adding individuals who are not from your organization or church. All bundle members have complete access to the member's portal and receive our monthly newsletter, Ennoble.

Adding a Bundle Member | Accessing Your Profile Settings

Go to members.truecharity.us and sign in to your account. On every page of the member portal, you will see your name in the top right corner. Select your name, then select "View Profile" below it.

If you are the administrator for your membership, you will arrive at a page which will allow you to add a member to your "bundle" (orange button at the bottom), renew your membership, update your directory profile, and change your email subscriptions. To edit your privacy or profile information, select the "edit profile" button.

Important: when adding a person to the membership, please include the Network Member Organization's name (not a non-network organization) in the organization field. This ensures mail subject lines and other reports will generate correctly.
